Why we develop support services
To guarantee you a quality and complete solution, without which you could complicate the value streams and create many alternative streams.
Our activities at this stage
- Going through the regulatory framework, for instance sectoral aspects or GDPR, with experts.
- Considering “what if?” scenarios.
- Defining the services you need for operating the solution, e.g., reporting, enforcement, support, etc.
- Confirming what you have and re-using it.

Useful tips
- Do not be afraid to go back to the definition of value streams and make adjustments in this phase.
- Check the calculation of financial impact. Support services could completely change the view of costs.
